I started this Sailor Starlights fanart about a year and a half ago. Decided that I wanted it FINISHED because it was awesome! I finally watched Sailor Moon S, Super S and Stars for the first time 1 1/2 years ago do please my 12 year old self, and fell in love all over again!

I reworked bits of the lineart and smoothed it out from when I first started it and then gave it some sexay colours!

My favourite was Seiya. His crush on Usagi was amazing. <3

I didn't really like the Starlights, to me they were like 3 more Sailor Uranus's added to the series. They act similar to her and were tomboyish to the extent that they even became male. But nice pic though

Hey there! Just looking through some SM fan art, and came across this really amazing depiction of the trio of the Sailor Starlights. I love how confident Yaten, Seiya and Taiki look in their civilian forms look very realistic, yet manly in a lean muscular build as they're about the do their Sailor Senshi Make-up transformation. The soft glow given off by their star brooches with the little opal angel wings are very convincing, and is true to how we as artists see them. I loved how Seiya turned out the best!
Always wanted to do a fan art of them.;p I also loved the very close friendship and the brief romance between Seiya Lights and Usagi.

Later on, I begun to reread my old SM manga copies of SM Sailor Stars, and got inspired to create a new trio OCs based on the Starlights where the Sailor Energy Sailor senshi team leader, Saiya/Sailor Flare Star gets the gal leader of the Solar system Senshi, Hiyuri/Sailor Sunshine. Need to work on the rest of Sailor Sunshine's Sailor Scout team.
