This is a step by step of how I made "Aloha, my darling" here: [link]

It's not necessarily a tutorial, but if you can learn something from the way I did this, then that's great!

It's also good for seeing

Hope you enjoy, thanks for looking!

Thank you for making this, it's nice to see your process.
8) Oh golly, you have patience for the picture to take 50 hours. Perhaps time is a valuable ingredient in any picture, would you say?

Absolutely. I wanted to take as much time on it as possible because it was a wedding present for my little sister, who is one of the most important people in the world to me. She deserves all my talent and time! <3

Excuse my ignorance, I saw this before the original...But it's still amazing and I'm still unworthy to have my eyes bathed in this [insert a ridiculously hilarious yet flattering synonym for awesome that has a bit of sexual innuendo)

I need to seriously stop doing this comment then read thing DX*shot*

This is great! I would have never guessed that you work sketch > colours > outlining, where I work sketch > lineart > colours. It gives your work a more organic, lighter feel. I think you did a really great job on the picture and I certainly learned something.

This has been very informative and helpful (although I'm okay colouring in traditional mediums I totally suck at colouring using the computer - except for using very basic fill/paint options) - so this has given me a better idea of what to look for in future. :w00t:

Your sister's going to absolutely LOVE this - well done fellow artist!:D

Thanks kiddo! ;)
